Homemade Sourdough Spelt Bread – Long Fermentation
I bake small batches of homemade sourdough bread using spelt flour and seeds.
The bread is made with a long fermentation process (warm fermentation + 12–16 hours cold fermentation), which improves flavour and makes it gentler on digestion.
Each loaf is:
• 100% sourdough (no commercial yeast)
• Hand-made
• Long fermented
• Approx. 1 kg per loaf
💰 Price: 50 DKK per loaf
📍 Pick-up: local pick-up only (by arrangement)
I usually bake in small quantities. If you’re interested, feel free to message me and we can arrange a pick-up day.
