Authentic Japanese Oribe-yaki Chawan purchased in Japan. This tea bowl displays classic Oribe characteristics, including a copper-green glaze with natural pooling, bold iron-oxide brush decoration, a white crackle glaze, and an intentionally irregular, organic form typical of Oribe ware.
The bowl is wheel-thrown and hand-glazed, with visible craftsmanship throughout. It bears a maker’s seal on the base (see photos).
