Original woodblock print/Originalt japansk træsnit, Koichi Maeda (*1936), motiv: Fuji Between Trees, b: 16 cm h: 14 cm, Original japanese woodblock print (Ukiyo-e). Beautiful contemporary design, made in 2016 by Koichi Maeda (*1936). This print showing a wonderful view of the snowy top of Mount Fuji framed by fir trees. The artists carved the blocks themselves, which the famous Watanabe publisher of Tokyo then printed on hand-made Torinoko paper. Great for display, either singly or in groups (see my other entries). Print in very good condition, no issues to report. 16 cm x 14 cm + margins as shown.
