Carl-Zeiss Planar 50mm f/1.7 AEJ Contax/Yashica (C/Y mount). The lens is in pristine shape. No scratches or fungus on the glass. Aperture blades work flawlessly. Very pleasant resistance on the focus ring. In short: the lens has been tested and it works with no problems. I bought it in Denmark.
AEJ (made in Japan) version. Serial no. 6396741.
Comes with an original Contax etui.
I'm only selling the lens because I also own the 1.4 Planar. I would keep it otherwise because of its outstanding rendering qualities.
