The elaborate zoom construction of 6 lenses in 5 groups, including 3 aspherical elements with 4 aspherical surfaces, ensures exceptional optical performance of the compact lens. Its power reserves allow you to extend the zoom range by a factor of 7.1x to a maximum of 234mm using the central image area with the extended optical zoom at 3 megapixel resolution.
