The cabin is insulated from the inside and the heating runs on both the electric heater and oil-fired water radiators. The cabin is built so that there are doors with glass windows, so the cabin can be used during cold days at sea.

The engine has recently undergone a two-part renovation, both top and bottom.
Crank grinding and new main bearings and crank bearings, looks like new.

Sails are older but in good condition.

All renovation took place in a professional marina and the cost was 170.000 DKK, all on bills and can be confirmed. This is without own work, where two men worked for two weeks painting, sanding etc. New bottom paint, hull painted above waterline, woodwork was sanded and oil-based.
