A now rare first edition and first printing from 1913. Bound with green bike tire (yes you read that right - it's incredibly durable). On 290 p. with an inserted bookmark in purple silk cord (see photo) - The front and back covers have advertisements from old companies and the book itself is in incredibly nice condition. Printed at Nielsen & Lydiche, Copenhagen 1913.
