The Anglepoise Original 1227 Giant Floor Lamp was originally commissioned by the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre (in esteem to the beloved Anglepoise lamp that Dahl used in his writing hut). The inspiration for the Original 1227 Giant is part Carwardine’s design and part fantasy.
The Anglepoise Original 1227 Giant Floor Lamp introduces an element of playful and individual style into any interior space. The Anglepoise Original 1227 Giant Floor Lamp has a gloss painted finish and a chrome finish shade cap. It includes a fabric covered cable. It is available in seven wonderful colors. They include:slate grey, jet black, jat black (matt finish), alpine white, citrus yellow, crimson red and marine blue.
