The aim of the exercises in the book is to bring people of all ages closer together through singing, music and movement.
A collection of over 130 different exercises and ideas on how the warm-up can be both a greenhouse for faellesskab (community and togetherness), the joy of singing as well as a playful learning space for musical and vocal development.
