The Moccamaster Automatic coffee maker's filtration process is automated to the greatest extent possible and optimized specifically for brewing a full pot. Just add water and coffee grounds, press the button, and let the coffee maker handle the rest. The automatic drip stop prevents coffee from dripping from the filter funnel when you lift the glass carafe from the coffee maker. The aroma lid mixes the brewing coffee during extraction, ensuring a perfect result. Automatic power off provides safety and switches off the power after 40 minutes. The Moccamaster Automatic features two separate heating elements. One element brews coffee at the optimal filtration temperature of 92-96 degrees Celsius. The other keeps the coffee at an ideal temperature of 80-85 degrees Celsius until it's ready to be enjoyed.
This coffee maker holds a quality certificate from the European Brewing Centre (ECBC). All Moccamaster machines are expertly handcrafted in the Netherlands. Each coffee maker is tested before leaving the factory and comes with a five-year frame warranty.
