1st press Dec 3, 1965 UK MONO. Complete with original inner sleeve: printed one side only, with four boxed panels of information: At the top is 'IMPORTANT!' At the bottom, 'PLAYING SPEED 33 1/3 r.p.m'
Black Brunswick labels with silver print.
Sleeve with 'Clarifoil' lamination on the front and 1cm onto the rear over the spine.
