It is from Ikea Hong Kong, so the mattress is 190x90cm version instead of the DK 200x80cm version.
Comes with an older Vyssa 120x90cm extendable mattress (the big single piece). Has 2 coffee stain on the cover (washed but doesn't go away unfortunately) so we've just used it that way. Since that we've used plastic mat below bedsheet so no pee accidents. I use Dyson dustmite vacuum at least once a month on the mattress, so the foam is clean.
