Vin og spiritus, Villa San-Juliette Chorum 2011, Super lækker rødvin med 57% Petite Sirah, 29% Zinfandel, 7% Grenache, 5% Alicante Bouschet, 1% Syrah og 1% Cabernet Sauvignon fra Villa San-Juliette Vingården i Paso Robles, California. Vinen er modnet i 18 måneder på nye franske og nye amerikanske egefade og har blot 1.3 g/L restsukker.
14,4% alkohol. Kasse med 12 flasker haves.

A nose of dark fruits and spices, dark purple in color. A medium to full bodied kitchen sink blend, with black cherry, plum, vanilla and spices on layered finish, was very good.
Villa San-Juliette Chorum Red begins with a very nice, quite aromatic bouquet of plum, black cherry, blackberry, vanilla, baking spice, balsamic and more. Taking a sip reveals a smooth and tasty wine with lots of vanilla and chocolate notes from the oak along with plenty of really delicious fruit. It ends dry and long with lots of lingering oaky spice. This is a really lovely Petite Sirah based blend! Highly Recommended.
