Pull out couch (couch w chaiselong that can be converted into a 2 person bed). You have to dissemble it yourself. You need to be at least two people to carry it down from 1st floor without elevator.
Used a lot and has a lot of mats and is not pretty anymore but is perfectly usable if you don’t care too much about the aesthetics 😉
(comes from a home with a dog, just if you’re allergic)
