Achieving exceptional espresso consistently requires precise control over both temperature and pressure, a challenge this machine masterfully addresses.
At its core, this espresso machine features a high-quality Dual Stainless Steel Boiler heating system. This advanced system extracts coffee with an accuracy of ±1 °C, ensuring that your espresso is brewed at the exact right temperature for the best possible flavor. A separate steam boiler provides powerful steam on demand, allowing for simultaneous brewing and milk frothing.
Further enhancing its performance, the machine includes an electric PID-controlled water heater for precise water temperature regulation and a heated filter unit that maintains a consistent temperature throughout the entire extraction process. This attention to thermal stability is crucial for a balanced and aromatic espresso.
The low-pressure pre-infusion feature gently expands the coffee grounds, ensuring an even extraction and a rich, full-bodied shot.
