Equipped with dual boilers, a robust rotary pump and integrated PID temperature control, it ensures stable temperatures and consistent performance for both brewing and steaming.
A standout feature of the Bianca is its innovative flow control paddle, allowing real-time adjustment of water flow during extraction for unparalleled customization of your espresso shots. Crafted from high-quality materials, the machine features elegant walnut wood knobs, adjustable feet, and handles, complemented by a polished AISI 304 stainless steel body, water tank, drip tray, and wire grid for durability and easy maintenance.
The dual boiler system provides dedicated boilers for steam/hot water and coffee, significantly improving thermal regulation and enabling simultaneous brewing and steaming with reduced heat-up times. Furthermore, an ecological energy-saving system allows you to set a standby time, after which the coffee boiler switches off, maintaining a 70°C temperature and quickly resetting in approximately 10 minutes.
The Lelit Bianca is equipped with an LCC (Lelit Control Center) with a high-resolution OLED graphic display, offering intuitive control over various settings. This includes graphic indicators for low water levels, a 'Reserve Mode,' and options to activate pre-infusion and standby times. Users can also monitor coffee extraction time, view temperatures in Celsius or Fahrenheit, and utilize the double manometer for pump and steam pressure, along with an E61 group manometer for coffee pressure.
This comprehensive espresso machine comes with a rich set of accessories to enhance your brewing experience. Included are a bottomless walnut wood portafilter, a double-spout walnut wood portafilter, a LELIT tamper made of stainless steel and aluminum, a water softener for the tank, and various filter baskets (1-cup, 2-cup, 3-cup).
