The Sage Smart Scoop is the first ice cream maker that automatically recognizes the consistency of the mixture according to your chosen program. The device keeps the treats at the perfect serving temperature for up to 3 hours. The machine can be pre-cooled to -30 °C before preparation, which significantly speeds up the process.
With 12 automatic programs and hardness settings available, you can effortlessly prepare a variety of frozen desserts including sorbet, frozen yogurt, gelato, and classic ice cream.
The pre-cooling function allows the mixture to be chilled to the optimal operating temperature before starting the preparation, ensuring consistent and delicious results.
Choose between manual or automatic operation, giving you the flexibility to select one of the four preset programs or adjust the settings precisely to your liking.
The Smart Scoop notifies you with an audible alert or your chosen music when your dessert is ready to be served.
