Fortis B42 Official Cosmonauts Chronograph, purchased in 2004 and includes original receipt and guarantee.
Includes original box, outer box, documentaton, original purchase receipt and spare links.
The watch has been fully serviced at Frederiksberg Ugmageri København January 2026. He says it is running absolutley spot on, and he has set it at +4 seconds a day. Guarantee of service will also follow.
As stated the watch is from 2004, so this watch was from the first year of production of the B42 Cosmonauts featuring the Valjoux 7750 day date movement.
This is a 22 year old watch but in good condition for its age, there are signs of normal wear, most noticeably on the aluminium bezel insert (to be honest, it looks worse on a zoomed in photo, but not so noticeable on the wrist) and some minor wear to the AR coating. The red paint on the chrono hand has faded, this was sited as a common problem on the early production models, but does not in any way detract from the aesthetics of the watch. Please examine all the photos as they form part of the watches description, more photos can be provided on request. I decided to not replace anything at service, to keep the watches authenticity, so everything is original to the watch. More important the movement is running perfectly, with the case and bracelet being in very good condition.
As the watch box is a little degraded, the watch will be packed separately in a nice travel case.
