The Xplora X6 Pro watch phone has an eSIM with an XPLORA Mobile Oy subscription. The phone and the guardian's XPLORA app are linked to each other and the XPLORA phone will not work without the link. The subscription costs €11/12/13 per month, depending on which subscription option is selected on the activation page. Prices include free calls, messages and data usage in the EU/EEA area. From 1 July 2023, Xplora will charge a service fee for the use of the guardian's app if the customer has a subscription with an operator other than Xplora. The service fee only applies to new Xplora watch phone activations. The change does not affect existing Xplora users. The service fee for the guardian's app is €9.90 (incl. VAT) per month. Payment of the service fee is a prerequisite for the watch to work with the guardian's app. The service fee covers the use of Xplora's guardian app with the watch and access to Xplora's activity platform. The use of the Xplora guardian app is included in the Xplora subscription, so no service fee is charged.
