A brief introduction to the Epson EB 425W. The LCD projector has a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution and a contrast of 3000:1. The manufacturer specifies a lamp life of 5000 hours, which converts to over 6.8 years at 2 hours a day. The integrated media player allows files to be played directly. The horizontal and vertical keystone correction provides leeway when setting up. This projector has a projection ratio of just 0.48:1. For a 2 m wide image, the projector needs to be just 96 cm away from the screen. The model offers a microphone jack plug and 16W speakers, so no additional audio devices are required for presentations or training courses. Even 1080P video signals are no problem for the projector.
