FLOOR GYPSUM PLASTERBOARDS - 'GYPROC GG 13' SHEETROCK:
46 pieces for sale, and only sold together.
Purchased: Sep 2025 @ Johannes Fog for 372.95 dkk per board.
The price of 6,900,kr is reduced by 59% from the original price.
**** If you can pick up all the boards before 14.Dec.2025, then you pay only 5,900, ****
* Dimensions: 600 W x 2400 L × 12.5mm T (A very manageable size that can be carried by 1 person instead of 2)
* Condition: unused & standing in a dry, heated apartment living room,
* Location: 2200 KBH N, 4th floor. You must pick up the boards yourself. {NB: There is no elevator in the building. But it is always much easier & faster to carry them down than up :)}
Renting a crane for 1 hour from, for ex. at Johannes Fog, costs 2,000, kr including VAT. We had 80 boards lifted up to the 4th floor in 20 minutes with a crane.
Alternatively, a mover-man costs 460 kr. for one person (excl. car) , and between 900-1,200 kr. for two mover-men.
The price is greatly reduced to 'off-set' moving/transport costs.
The description of the product from Johannes Fog website:
"Pressure-resistant floorboard especially for rooms with requirements for fire insulation, sound insulation, or floating structural structures, e.g. TCA floor decks. Especially suitable for renovation of old wooden floor separations.
For floors with requirements for fire insulation, sound insulation or where floating structural structures are desired. Also suitable for renovation of old floor partitions made of wood or steel, where Gyproc GG 13 Floor Gypsum alone or in combination with other materials provides improved air and impact sound insulation.
The board has a cardboard-covered, straight long edge and a sawn, straight short edge.
