As Summer is finally here, I’d love to pass this bike on to someone who will enjoy riding it as much as I have. I rebuilt it by combining old and new parts, and it has become a fast, comfortable, and very charming city commuter with a lot of character.
It has a 54 cm frame, made of steel, so it has that smooth, lively feeling that steel bikes are loved for: sturdy, responsive, and surprisingly comfortable on longer rides and rough city streets. The frame is an Everton Tour de France model from 1994, built in Denmark, which gives it a classic Scandinavian road-bike spirit. The Bontrager TLR wheels make it feel light and efficient, and the 3x7 gearing gives you enough range to climb, cruise, and move easily through the city.
This is a bike for someone who wants something practical, elegant, and a little bit special — a machine with vintage soul and modern confidence.
