Included are 100 recipes from chefs and Oxfam workers around the world, such as Rose Elliott's fruit curry, Ken Hom's cashew chilli chicken, Anton Mosimann's chocolate chip ice-cream, and Paul and Jeanne Rankin's Christmas cake. The recipes from Oxfam volunteers cover a wide spectrum, from honey-roasted vegetables to fruit meringue with spiced cream, as well as summer tea, mulled wine and a range of figure-challenging hot chocolate drinks.
