A clean, tiered Danish pendant by Design Light A/S. The concentric metal shades float around a central cylinder, softening and directing the light downward while shielding the bulb from glare. The grey lacquer and brushed metal details give it a calm, architectural presence that works beautifully over dining tables or reading corners.
The original maker’s label is intact on the inner ring, identifying the model as “Korfu,” Type P052. The lamp uses a standard E27 bulb (max 60W), making it simple to place and maintain.
Condition:
Good vintage condition with minor scuffs and small marks to the lacquer consistent with age and use. Fully functional; wiring and socket in working order.
Fun fact: The nested-shade construction used here follows a classic Danish approach to glare-free lighting—spreading light evenly while keeping the bulb out of direct view.
