Vol.I. covers Josiah Wedgwood and his work including antecedents and apprenticeship 1730-1759, the foundations 1759-1768, the great partnership 1768-1780 and last achievements 1781-1795. It also looks at Wedgwood ware from 1759-1795, including Jasperware, Black basalts, Rosso Antico
And terrakotta, also creamware and pearlware.
Vol.II. Covers the successors after 1795 and modern production right upto 1986, including All Earthenware , queens ware,Pearl ware, White ware, majolika, tiles and more.
