This collection contains 370 full-color illustrations spread over 80 pages. This book shows images of five films from every year from 1927 through 2000 that were NOT nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award. It also includes lists of what was nominated, as well as hundreds of worthy honorable mentions, all indexed and cross-referenced, making this a reference guide to what year the best films were made, and whether or not they were nominated for (or won) the Best Picture Academy Award. It even includes which of the films are available on VHS!
This is the original first edition from 2001, and it will never be reprinted.
