Ibanez Premium HVV Guitar
The Ibanez RG870QMZ-HVV is a model from Ibanez's Premium series, introduced in 2011, designed as an affordable yet high-quality instrument for demanding musicians. It features a body made of American basswood with a quilted maple top, providing a balanced tone and a distinctive visual appearance. The neck is a 5-piece Wizard Maple/Walnut construction with a KTS Titanium Reinforcement truss rod, offering enhanced stability and playability. The fretboard is made of rosewood with offset dot inlays and 24 jumbo frets, which are specially treated for a smooth playing feel. The guitar is equipped with an Edge Zero II tremolo bridge featuring the Zero Point System (ZPS3Fe) for excellent tuning stability, even if a string breaks. It uses Ibanez CAP-VM pickups: a CAP-VM2 at the bridge, a CAP-VM1S in the middle, and a CAP-VM1 at the neck, designed to deliver a wide range of tones from clean to aggressive distortion. The guitar is finished in the striking High Voltage Violet (HVV) color, which is also reflected in the matching headstock finish
