I built it for my nephew for his birthday, but his mom refused to let him have another computer at home.
I installed dual boot Windows Server 2022 and Linux on separate SSD drives because it was intended solely as a home Plex server and data storage.
However, it makes an excellent base for installing TrueNAS, Proxmox, Unraid or whatever you want.
I'm selling it to recoup my investment, the prices I paid can be found in the description.
I professionally build, service, and configure hardware and networks for nearly 30 years.
I don't cut corners; everything has to work and look right.
1. Mainboard, CPUs and RAM: Supermicro X9DR7-LN4F-JBOD motherboard with two Xeon E5-2620 v2 processors and memory: 256GB RAM (16 x 16GB). (1250kr)

The motherboard includes two SAS controllers supporting up to eight SAS drives. The controller operates in IT mode, not requiring firmware or BIOS changes.

2. System SSDs: 2x OCZ Agility 3 SATA SSD 240GB, system drives.
One runs Windows Server 2022, the other runs Linux. (250kr)
3. HDD: 4 x Seagate Enterprise 6TB SAS (24TB total)
(connected with a Mini SAS 36 SFF-8087 to 4x SFF-8482 cable) (1400kr + 150kr)
The price of the additional cable for the additional 4 drives is (150kr).
The price of the additional SAS HDD Seagate 6TB is (350 kr).
4. Realtek 2.5GB network card installed, for a total of six network cards, including those already on the motherboard. (150kr)
5. GPU: an additional Nvidia GTX 1050 graphics card is installed for Plex encoding, with HDMI, Display Port, and VGA outputs available for external monitors. (250kr)
6. Cooling: ventilation is modular and allows for quick and easy access to the motherboard if needed. 25 x Thermalight C12CW-S RGB fans, with adjustable speed, color, and brightness using the included controller with remote control. (675kr +100kr)
Additionally, two Thermaltake 14 cm fans for mounting in the top of the case.
7. Display: 15.6 inch, USB/HDMI monitor, 1920x1080, HDR, 60Hz, is mounted inside the case, allowing for instant access to the installed systems. (650kr)
The monitor is new, purchased specifically for this project. It also works with any mobile phone or tablet equipped with a UCB-C 3.1 port.
It has a holder with a movable base that can be mounted on the top of the case. The fans used in the rear of the case can be attached to the front panel, covering the entire front panel.
I've included a proof of concept in the last photo.
8. Power supply: EVGA Supernova 1000 G6, a new high-end modular power supply, will easily support up to 36 SAS drives in the current configuration. I have the original packaging and a complete set of cables. (950kr)
9. PC case: Thermaltake The Tower 900, purchased second-hand after a long search specifically for this project. (750kr)
All case components are modular and can be moved and modified in any way.
The rear of the case has space for mounting 20 - 30 SAS drives if needed. With appropriate modifications, an additional 16 can be mounted in the front

Not included, but for an additional fee of 395 kr, I can install a new LSI 9300-16I HBA SAS controller with 4 SAS ports supporting 16 drives at 12GB speed.
The price of an additional SFF-8643 Internal Mini SAS HD to 4x 29-pin SFF-8482 connector cable to connect 4 drives to the controller is 175 kr.
