The Vivoactive 6 offers new downloadable mobility exercises and sport profiles that help improve flexibility and strength. Choose animated workouts such as HIIT, strength training, yoga, and Pilates, which make exercising fun and effective. Workouts are available from the Garmin Connect app and can be downloaded directly to the smartwatch.
