The ELRO DV477IP2 is specially developed for use in 2 apartments or houses which share 1 front door. This set has 1 outdoor unit with 2 doorbells and 2 monitors/indoor units.
With the ELRO DV477IP2 IP Door Intercom, you can always see who is at the door, whether you are at home or away. This set comes with 2x a 7-inch monitor to view the images indoors. However, it is also possible to use the ELRO DV477IP2 in combination with the ELRO Intercom App. This app enables you to see who is at the door, to talk to that person and to take photos and videos; all on your smartphone.
This system consists of an all-metal, vandal-proof doorbell unit and 2x a 7-inch (18 centimetres) colour display. The housing of the monitors is manufactured from high-quality brushed aluminium which ensures a modern design. You can connect the monitor to your WiFi network at home so that you can also use the set with the ELRO Intercom App. It is possible to adjust the speech and call volume as well as to change the brightness and colour intensity of the image. You can also choose from over 16 different ring tones.
The doorbell is equipped with a rain cover so that raindrops on the camera lens will not be an issue. The doorbell has a nameplate that lights up when you ring the doorbell. The camera also has bright white LEDs which provide a beautifully coloured image when it is dark (ELRO Colour Night Vision Technology)

ELRO Intercom App
When you use the ELRO Intercom App you can see who is at the door, even when you are not at home. You can also communicate with your visitors as well as save photos and videos on your phone
You can easily operate the ELRO Intercom App both at home and when you are on the road, as long as the app is connected to the internet (for example WiFi or 4G). The app can be configured per doorbell button/monitor. In practice, this means that every resident receives their own calls via the app.
The ELRO Intercom App can be downloaded for free in the App Store and Google Playstore.
Installation
The ELRO DV477IP2 is supplied with all the necessary mounting material as standard.
The installation process is very easy. Mount the bracket onto your exterior wall at a height between 1.35 and 1.70 metres. After this, you can mount the colour displays and you can connect the doorbell to the screen with the 4-wire cable. Next, you fix the doorbell in the bracket. Ultimately, you connect the system to the ELRO Intercom App. These steps are clearly described in the supplied instruction manual.
