RigB LNR bodies are handmade and custom-fitted.
The LNR is an integrated headshell and cartridge with replaceable stylus assembly. It does away completely with the cartridge to headshell interface since the generator canister fits snugly into the LNR where it is bonded using a minute film of epoxy.
The result is that the generator is held at a perfect zenith angle (ie not ‘twisted’ as seen from above) and will give the correct VTA when the arm height is set to make the main lower edge of the LNR parallel with the record surface.
Azimuth and stylus ‘reach’ are adjustable at the rear and locked off with a grub screw hidden underneath.
