The screen has a few scratches and smudges which are visible when it's dark, but I find them imperceptible when it's playing media.
The TV is old, released in 2019. So the UI isn't the most responsive. However I personally rarely use the system UI and I just use a Chromecast which works great.
I don't have the original box it came with, and I can't offer transportation unfortunately.
