Our American-made Rogue Sandbags offer a uniquely challenging and customizable form of strength and stability training. With incrementally adjustable weight and dimensions, sandbags are popular among a wide variety of athletes—from Strongman competitors to martial artists—as a way to develop stabilizer muscles and grip strength on a level not always possible with traditional stable loads.
The sandbag is a unique type of weightlifting tool in that its weight constantly shifts back and forth from the center of mass, challenging the user to adjust and stabilize the bag’s ever-changing shape as it’s raised and lowered. The new Rogue Sandbag (when paired with the Funnel Filler Bag) capitalizes on this key fundamental by allowing the internal sand/weight to move more freely as you train.
*Please Note: Loadable weight of the Rogue Sandbags depends on the density and size of the media being used. Certain media may cause the overall weight of the bag to be greater than or less than projected weight capacity. Due to the nature of the fabric and the directed use, the Rogue Sandbags may expand over time with use. The zipper protection flap is NOT designed to be a handle. Using the flap to pull the loaded bag may result in damage to the stitching and is not covered under warranty. Rogue Sandbags are also NOT designed for slams or drags. Due to the nature of the fabric and the directed use, the bags may expand over time
