Concorde was a Dutch brand that had its bikes built in Italy by Billato and Ciöcc. The brand is owned by the Dutch company Veltec, which previously had various brands but is now a distributor of other people's products. They were mostly known for their PDM pro team
the frame has a competition/ race number eye on the frame and comes with a campagnolo kranksæt and krankboks, no rust just some spots here and there
