I have recently bought a Sort Jernhest cargobike. It was pretty rusty. I took it apart, removed all rust and painted it with s special paint to prevent rusting (Hammerit).
The bike is now in a very good condition. Here are some details:
Steel frame restored - great condition
Shimano 5 gear - working correctly
Front Disk brake - working correctly
Back drum brake - working correctly
backpedal brake - working correctly
chain - good condition
wheels - brand new tires and tubes from Schwalbe Marathon Plus (best ones)
The aluminum box - I fully removed all paint on it and made it shiny. Then I lacquered it with clear lacquer to show the nice aluminum.
I put a seat in the box. The seat can be removed and put in within seconds. It is not screwed into the box, but it slides into existing holes.
The bike can be looked at in Glostrup or in Karlslunde. The price is not fixed, but I need the money, so I will not take very low offers.
