Up for sale is a Seiko Seikomatic 6218-8010 from 1967, a refined and historically important model from Seiko’s premium automatic line. Powered by the 35-jewel Caliber 6218, this movement represents a transitional step toward the Grand Seiko standard that would follow.
This example is in fantastic condition for its age. The case is unpolished, with crisp edges and sharp brushing still clearly visible—a rare find on these older models. The design wears modern for the era, with balanced proportions and strong wrist presence.
