Gray flowy tulle skirt with fabric layer underneath so not at all see-through. It's more blue-toned gray in real life than in the pictures. I would wear it with the rubber band folded in.
No material/brand/size tag. Waist 29 cm, length about 60 cm. Listed as S because that's what most of my clothes are :D The elastic makes the waist very stretchable.
A few rips in the tulle as shown in the pictures, which I never even noticed while I was still wearing it, so I'd say they're invisible when the skirt is on!
