NOTE: Originally the shoe holder comes with the elevation part from the ground if you would like to attach the cabinet to the wall above the sill. I didn't want to damage the wall so that I didn't need it and I left it during moving.
You can still mount it to the wall I have the screws an dowels for it. :)
