Wasa 55

Wasa, årg. 1979, skrogmateriale Glasfiber-armeret plast, Diesel, hjemhavn Greifswald (Tyskland), A Swedish classic with elegant lines and good sailing characteristics.

The boat is in a condition commensurate with its age, but has been extensively maintained. For the current year 2025 alone, there are invoices from specialist companies amounting to 2500 euros.

The engine was built in 2004 with dual-circuit cooling and was serviced and overhauled by a specialist company at the beginning of 2025.
Oil and filter changes, DK and pre-filter changes, new impeller, new shaft seal on the sea filter including filter cleaning, new propeller anode, replacement of defective seals in the diesel system and tightening of the clamps on all connections were carried out.

Furthermore, this year a yacht electrician installed and wired new navigation lights (LED) and replaced switches, distributors, pipe clamps and the mast connector.

In addition, a brand new jib tube was installed that had not yet been in use for one season.

The boat has not yet been launched this year, but can be viewed ashore and craned, rigged and handed over ready to sail at any time.
In addition to a test drive, which is of course offered, I can also assist with the transfer in the German Baltic Sea region on request.
