OE 32

OE, årg. 1987, skrogmateriale Glasfiber-armeret plast, Diesel, hjemhavn Danmark, I am selling here an OE 32.
The OE 32 is designed by the legendary Olle Enderlein, who is also behind the early Halberg Rassys (Monsun, Rasmus etc.). He designed both the OE 32 and the OE 36, where the purpose of the 32 was to design the perfect long-distance sailor - and he has certainly done that.
The boat model has now been selected for and performed twice in the Golden Globe Race, around the world nonstop via the old-fashioned method.
It's a solid sailor and this example takes it to the next level. "Kairos" has already been around the world once and a trip to Brazil and back again. I am the fifth owner.
She has been upgraded over time for the purpose of crossing oceans.

A long equipment list is available in Swedish which can be sent upon serious inquiries, but highlights are:

- Highfield UL240 inflatable boat, w. Alu bottom. (2016) (patched once before, holds air)
- Osmosis treatment in 2017, Epoxy treated and painted with Jotun seaforce 90.
- 390 Ah battery bank + starter battery
- Bow thruster Sidepower (2009)
- Aerogen wind generator. (Service 2017)
- Solar cells 290 watts
- Lombardini LDW 1404 (2019) 35hp - run 26 hours.
- Sailomat 700 Wind Rudder
- Spectra watermaker 27Liter per hour.
- Genoa and mainsail are Doyle ocean plus sails from 2016. Jib old.
- Electric windlass (Lewmar profish 1000) (2010), new gaskets 2017.
- 15kg Rocna and 10kg Bruce anchor.
- Bimini (2017)
- 3x75L water tanks.
- Jabsco toilet & Septic tank (2014)
- Top mitt replaced 2015 & stern lower mitt replaced 2017.
- Selden Furlex 200S
- 2 pcs. el. Autopilots. Raymarine EVO 1 (2017) and Raymarine ST2000S
- AIS receiver.
- 2 diesel tanks (total 230L) with diesel level gauge from 2014.
- 100L refrigerator (2013)
- Ladyjacks.
- 4 Lewmar winches, two of which are self-tailing.
- 2 Selden Whisker poles.
- All lines led to cockpit.
- Life raft Plastimo Transocean ISO 4 persons, (2015). In need of service.
- Isomat boom and mast. Original.
- The floor in the cockpit can be opened up completely, so access to the engine can be made very easy.
- VHF ICOM M423 DCS (2015) masthead antenna
- Radar Furuno 1715 (2007)
- Bathing platform starboard aft.
- Partially insulated.


Things that have been done this year.
- New starter battery (2025)
- New toilet pump
- New oil filter and oil change
- The jib has been repaired by a prof. Sailmaker.

In 2024 the boat was lifted out of the water and the hull was checked. New bottom paint and zinc anodes here.

Only shortcomings:
- The gear leg in the bow thruster is broken. (Costs approx. DKK5000 to fix)
- The ball bearings in the wind turbine are worn so it makes a noise that is best described as "rumbling" (otherwise it works perfectly fine and generates power)
- The life raft is in need of service.

The boat bears natural traces of use, which are to be expected for an older model and testify to its history.

All in all, it's a great boat that can take you far with a lot of potential. I bought with the desire to do this myself, but don't have the time now

Many spare parts for all equipment on the boat. Documents from the origin of the boat and equipment are available + receipts.

Ps. In some of the pictures, the pulpit and anchor cleat are missing. They were taken off when they were a visit past a prof. Blacksmith.
