Selling our very beloved car - BMW I3 2019 (120 Ah / 42.2kWh) Fully Electric.
We’re selling it as we are moving abroad next year, we have it on a payment plan currently, bought it from BMW official store used and refurbished.
- Mileage: 88000 KM Driven (And increasing as it is being used for daily city driving, short distances mostly), Battery holds charge well and the predicted distance is quite reliable. Battery range varies (realistically) from 200km to around 300km based on season and most importantly - driving speed (Above 110km/h it starts to impact the range). We have taken it on longer drives and the milage stress is not really an issue, we have driven it to Amsterdam, and few other trips. Charging is relatively quick and cheap to the point where we cancelled our Clever subscription as we pay so little in charging.
- Damage: No crashes, no massive damage or replacement services, well taken care of, works as it should. With this BMW being electric and the model in general - there is not much to worry about, easy, rare and predictable service. There are some stone chips on the front bumper (small ones) from highway driving but can be easily fixed. !!! There is a scratch on the bottom right front side between the bumper and frame (check pictures to see it), which most likely occurred from a curb. It’s relatively small to where we didn’t bother fixing it, but can be fixed also relatively easily (No rust issues EVER - the exterior panels are made of rugged and thick plastic)
- Tires: Square tire setup for easy tire service & replacements (Recently put on a fresh set of Goodyear Vector 4seasons, also have a set of summer Bridgestone tires with still good amount of tread left). Added some aftermarket mudflaps and they help a lot.
- Interior: Basic Trim, no fancy upgrades. Seats are still comfy, basic wear but no crazy scratches (the build is not cheap, no shiny plastics, great resilient materials everywhere), to us nothing stands out, no smoking in the interior so no smell and no burns - everything is still great quality and without noticeable discoloration. Also added waterproof rugs in the front for driver and passenger (we have the original soft ones also).
- Exterior: Car is in great shape - visually looks great, no dents and visible damage apart from previously mentioned bumper scratch and small stone chips. The original rubber gaskets keep water out everywhere, no hinge problems, everyting looks great and functions without issue. The Original discs are also in great condition - no visible scratches or dents.
