The Ultimate Drivetrain & Engine Refresh The core powertrain of this vehicle has been systematically replaced or upgraded to ensure long term reliability:

• Recent Engine & Gearbox: A replacement engine and gearbox unit with only 52,000 km of prior use was professionally installed.
• Brand New Turbocharger: A new TM Turbo unit was recently fitted to ensure optimum power and efficiency.
• Full Fuel System Overhaul: Brand new high pressure injection pump, new fuel rail pressure sensors, and refreshed fuel return lines.

Premium Suspension, Brakes & New Tires The entire suspension and brakes system was refreshed in June 2025 with a "no expense spared" approach:

• New Bridgestone Turanza Tires: Fitted in June 2025 with premium Bridgestone Turanza tires (215/65R16 98H) for maximum comfort and safety.
• New Braking System: Complete new brakes were fitted in 2025 for maximum stopping power.
• Full Suspension Overhaul: Equipped with 4 brand new shock absorbers and 4 new suspension strut mounts.
• Reinforced Heavy Duty Springs: Upgraded with reinforced springs, making the van perfect for heavy loads or towing.
• Smooth Power Delivery: Fitted with a new dual mass flywheel and a new drive shaft for vibration free driving.

Electrical & Maintenance Upgrades (2025)

• New Battery & CTEK Lithium XS Charger: A brand new battery was fitted in 2025. The van is also equipped with a high end CTEK Lithium XS charger to maintain the battery in perfect state of charge even when parked for long periods.
• Timing Belt & Water Pump: Recently replaced as part of a complete distribution kit.
• High End Lubrication: Only premium Ravenol VMP oil and specialized ceramic additives have been used to protect the engine internals.

This van has been a project of significant financial investment to make it "bulletproof" for long distance travel.
