Beskrivelse

LM, årg. 1985, skrogmateriale Glasfiber-armeret plast, Diesel, hjemhavn Randers, The boat is nice, there is no major fiberglass damage, no "spider-cracks".
Well-maintained cockpit and salon, original but appears really nice, and (important to us) there is no smell of smoke, moisture, toilet water or the like.
The engine is a BUKH dv24 previous owner has put in as new vintage 2014 (documentation available), it has run approx. 600 hours, and is professionally serviced every year with impellers, filters, oil etc. In 2015, a new folding propeller has also been added as the dv20 and dv24 apparently cannot work with the same inclination.
In the spring/summer of 2024 we have done the following:
-New autopilot (the one that came with it was stuck), we have chosen a Simrad TP32 and today it is connected to the navigation system via NMEA2000.
-ORCA Core2 installed, connected to various instruments via NMEA2000 -Sprayhood was rotten - new fitted (bought from Schultz, receipts available)
-Cockpit tent was missing - bought from Schultz - All ropes in the running rigging have been replaced with new ones. New Genoa from HYDE sails (purchased from Schultz) New mainsail from HYDE sails (purchased from Schultz)

In the fall/winter of 2024/2025 we have done the following:
New battery bank with 4*85Ah AGM batteries, charger and DC/DC converter from Victron (one battery is dedicated as starter battery).
4KW diesel boat heater (1852 Palby's brand) is mounted in the aft port coffin bench with heating hoses in through the porthole and outlet just under the chart table, active temperature gauge - very efficient for a boat of this size.
The roller forestay has been removed, disassembled and fitted with new ball bearings, line guides, drum cover and locking block so that today it plays like new.
The hull penetrations have been gone through, 1 replaced at the toilet hose as it had signs of degradation, ball valves at the toilet and cooling water have been replaced.
A new toilet hose with a 10-year odor warranty has been installed, and all gaskets etc. in the toilet have been replaced.
All bottom paint (21 kg) has been scraped off down to the original primer, then the bottom is rebuilt with 5*Hempel primer, 2 times Tie-coat and 3*Silic-one bottom paint so that the boat only needs to be taken on land every two years in the future.
All windows and scepter feet for the sea rail have been checked for impurities, leaks and loose bolts so that no water can enter the saloon that way (there are no traces of water on woodwork in the saloon or forepeak).
The freeboard is polished up so it is shiny and shiny and the 2 green colors do not look dull.
A new depth gauge/log/temperature unit has been fitted - this is a Garmin that goes directly to NMEA-2000 without first having to be converted into an instrument. Thus, all information is immediately available on a tablet, phone or similar. Without having to mount instruments in the bulkhead where the crew must sit while sailing.
In the spring of 2025 we have made:
New sea rail from AFI-marine. Here we have chosen to have one made to measure rather than buying something self-made as you often sit with your back against the railing and sailing it must be safe and therefore we believe it is better to shrink the railing together rather than using pinol screws.
New boom tarpaulin from Schultz (Lazy-Jack has not yet been fitted).

The only outstanding issue for now is that the teak deck, which is original and glued on without screw holes, is somewhat worn.

The deal includes a winter rack, tarpaulin (and stand for this one that goes in the scepter feet).
The boat has a berth in Øer Maritime Ferieby (berth 6012) which is well located and far into the lagoon with easy access to sailing room, toilet, shower, kiosk, swimming pool etc. which can be purchased for DKK 20,000, - if you want this.
In Øer it is allowed to moor all year round, and due to the lock, the boats are protected from the sea, and the trees all around protect well against wind etc.
