Carter 33

Carter, årg. 1972, skrogmateriale Glasfiber-armeret plast, Diesel, hjemhavn Flensburg (Tyskland), For sale is a very well maintained and clear sailing Carter 33.
She is suitable for both beginners and families, as she is very spacious with a total of 7 berths and headroom.
The ship has been extensively renovated since 2018. The underwater hull was sandblasted and rebuilt (no osmosis). The keel was laminated with GRP. The engine compartment was also re-laminated. 4 water drains installed in the cockpit. Completely new wiring with Philippi switch panel. VHF radio Icom M 432G, Raymarine AIS, Raymarine i70 multifunction instrument, Raymarine Axiom 7 inch and an Ocean Signal Rescue EPIRB.
Navigation lighting and deck light in LED.
Ebersbächer auxiliary heater with 2 outlets.
400 liter (2x200 liter) fresh water tank
Anchor and anchor chain, manual anchor winch at the bow.
The running and standing rigging was completely renewed in 2010 (John Mast/Selden).

Storm genoa with reefing strips
Spinnaker with spinnaker pole and recovery tube
All sails are in good condition.
Sprayhood, cake stand, boom cover, headsail cover, railing clothes and winch cover are from 2021.
All halyards are led into the cockpit. There are a total of 6 winches, 2x 12ST, 2 x 24ST (self-tailing) and two non-self-tailing winches.
The ship is motorized with a Nanni 390 HE with 22.5 hp which has just been serviced.
Other equipment includes an oven with 2 burner stove, cool box, and a Cobb charcoal grill. Complete kitchen equipment.
Upholstery in the cockpit made of easy-care artificial leather (2022) and carpet in the saloon made of 2022.

Further extensive refit work by a boat builder in 2025:
- Outer skin completely repainted, including water pass and slurry
-Parts of the deck repainted
- Underwater hull painted (August 2025)
- Cockpit coaming and companionway hatch and breakwater repainted
- Teak rungs on the bathing ladder rebuilt.

- New toilet
Sold with Pütt and Pann (as in the pictures).
The ship is still in the water in Flensburg and can be viewed and test sailed. If required, an inexpensive winter berth in outdoor storage can be arranged as an option.
