1. UV protection genoa
2. motor for anchor and push button
3. new lines/fall and halyards in the mast
4. new antenna
5. new Raymarine anemometer, not yet connected
6. self-tailing winch on the mast
7. blocks for main halyard and main downhaul (furling boom) and block installed at the foot of the mast
8. new 40 Lewmar 2-speed winch and clamp for main halyard installed in the cockpit
9. new mainsheet
10. new 32.5 hp bladder motor, currently 110 hp
11. new bilge pump
12. new gas stove with oven and gas test with new connections in 2025
13. new cooling unit
14. a Varta 100ah starter battery and 2x120ah and 1x140ah AGM installed
15. new bow thruster Vetus 3kW installed
16. Webasto parking heater overhauled with report not yet connected
17. Replaced impeller and seals for electric toilet
18. new sprayhood from Hallberg Rassy Parts at the end of 2024

The teak deck looks quite good so far, including the seams. The wood (coaming) on which the railing supports stand is/are partially cracked and needs to be glued and repaired. The water tank is currently open and all water pipes have been removed, including the boiler.
Furling boom is excellent , also the tube kicker was checked for pressure this year . The Elvstroem main with battens is easy to reef due to the furling boom.

I am selling my boat because I want to buy a smaller sailing boat for the Wadden Sea.
