Baltic 42 C&C

Baltic, årg. 1979, skrogmateriale Glasfiber-armeret plast, Diesel, hjemhavn Finland, Very well-sailing, offshore-capable cruising yacht that is not overly heavy and moves easily even in lighter winds.

The hull is built using GRP sandwich construction with a balsa core. The centerline below the waterline is solid laminate. All high-stress areas are specially reinforced with additional layers of unidirectional fibers oriented to the load direction. Longitudinal stiffeners are fiberglass reinforced with unidirectional fibers. The keel is bolted to the hull with acid-resistant bolts.
