Classic fast sailing sailboat/motor sailor designed by Elvstrøm/Kjærulf. Great combination of space, sailing characteristics and the ability to sail in all weather conditions for an extended season due to the wheelhouse. The boat is designed with a bulb keel so that the waves created by the bulb and the hull almost cancel each other out, resulting in greater speed. The boat has a very wide side deck, easy access etc, a boat you always feel safe in. At the stern there is a "targa hanger" with davits, flag holder, fishing rod holder etc. Can be used to lay down the mast. A great detail. We have had this lovely boat for 16 years and have now decided to try something more suitable for canal sailing, which is why it is now for sale. A myriad of renovations and improvements have been made on an ongoing basis, as you can see from the pictures. These include mahogany on the sides of the fore and aft cabins, hand-glued mahogany and maple decks, new opening windows in the galley, aft cabin and toilet, glass window on the cabin roof, newer stove, newer winch Harken 46, new refrigerator, newer cooling unit in the cool box, newer heating Eberspächer with muffled exhaust, new Garmin self-steering, fiberglass bathing platform with cold/hot water, new ceilings in aft cabin and saloon, newer boom tent, newer boom tarpaulin etc. The engine, a Bukh dv36 with freshwater cooling, has also been continuously maintained. These include renovation of the high-pressure pump, newer generator, newer starter motor, oil cooling pipes replaced, the internal water pump renovated, new exhaust, etc. Anchor windlass (disassembled and cleaned this year) and bow thruster are also fitted. Two excellent sails are included; a max. Genoa and a mainsail on furling boom.
