STATUS: The boat is on land, ready to be launched.
Sold as a repair item - There is a minor leak from the port side diesel tank. We have not been able to locate where from but suspect that the entire tank needs to be replaced. Cost probably 120.000 - 150.000 SEK (10.000-12.000 EUR).
The tank can still be used, the leakage is minimal. It is possible to change the controls/ball valves in the engine room and only use the starboard side diesel tank for now.

The boat has been professionally maintained for the last 7-8 years (documentation available). The inside is in very good condition (9/10). The outside is in normal condition for an almost 20 year old boat (6.5/10). The exterior upholstery is only a couple of years old, as is the sliding roof. Synthetic teak in good condition.

NOTE - This is not a wreck, but not a boat in top condition either.

The boat is located in Varberg, Sweden. West coast about 45 minutes south of Gothenburg.

The boat is equipped with twin 260 hp Volvo-Penta D4s, electronic controls, synthetic teak decks on the bulkhead and in the cockpit, dark superstructure. Of course there are all amenities such as heater, hot water, charger with shore power, gas stove with oven, wetbar with refrigerator, large refrigerator in the kitchenette, TV and stereo in the salon, etc.

Much done in recent years. Full service history from 2017 onwards to today.
Upgrades in recent years: Drives and engines regularly serviced at professional workshop.

2024 Oct: service of engines and drives.
2024 May: overhaul and service: Replacement of seawater pump, replacement of servo pump, replacement of crankcase filter
2022 winter the engines underwent a thorough overhaul, including: Replacement of steel propellers, replacement of buckhorn SB/BB machine, replacement of SB steering cylinder, replacement of SB hand pump diesel, replacement of gear cable SB/BB, plastic belt tensioner replaced with metal, replacement of relays powertrim, fixed oil leakage from connections on turbo, fixed water leakage from safety valve on water heater, replacement of glycol, coolant, replacement bilge pump, replacement hydraulic hose steering.

PLEASE NOTE: Sold as a repair item - There is a minor leak from the port side diesel tank. We have not been able to locate where it is from but suspect that the entire tank needs to be replaced. Cost probably around 10,000-12,000 EUR.
The tank can still be used (just keep an eye on the leakage and maybe not keep it full - and there is the option to empty the tank and just change the levers for fuel supply to use only the starboard side diesel tank for the time being.
