Beskrivelse
Vindö, årg. 1970, skrogmateriale Glasfiber-armeret plast, Diesel, hjemhavn Fehmarn (Tyskland), The good Meri has been with me for a little over two years now. During this time she has had one major refit. Meri is a Vindö 30 from 1970. The old lady will be 55 years old this year and, as she is being sold, is ready to climb aboard and set sail on further adventures. Over the past two years, we have sailed together through the Danish South Sea and across the North Sea to Southampton, England and back to northern Germany. In the winter of 2023/24, she spent 7 months in a heated winter storage shed and was completely overhauled once. She sailed through the NOK several times when I commuted between Bremerhaven and Fehmarn. The engine, a Volvo Penta 2002, never let me down during this time and powered reliably through the nights, even on the crossing to England.

-Underwater scraped off except for primer in good condition, supplemented with 4 extra layers of epoxy primer, 3 layers of antifouling on top, no fouling so far
-all the ship's outlets removed and replaced with new bronze ones, as well as the associated hoses
-in fall 2024, a 12V 5kW diesel heater with separate diesel tank was installed, heats the boat reliably and economically
In spring 2025, the electrics were overhauled, new switch panels were installed so that each consumer now has its own switch, new cables were pulled in and labeled and a cut-off relay was installed so that the engine charges the consumer battery
The Vindö is sold as seen. She is ready to go for the season and with the heating, use into the colder months of the year is no problem. She is good-natured and safe to sail and can also withstand the harsher conditions of the North Sea. There is no maintenance backlog on the boat. If you are seriously interested and would like to view the boat, we would be happy to show you more photos. The complete refit is documented in detail with photos and invoices can also be viewed.
