Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45 DS

Jeanneau, årg. 2008, skrogmateriale Glasfiber-armeret plast, Diesel, hjemhavn Hooksiel (Tyskland), Fully equipped Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45 DS built in 2008, owner's version with 3 double cabins, moored in the North Sea in Hooksiel. In addition to the existing bow thruster, a stern thruster was installed by the shipyard. Both rudders have speed control and a dual joystick panel - PRO series from SLEIPNER.
All cables in the mast were redrawn and the lighting replaced with LEDs. A new radar dish was installed in the mast. The yacht has never been chartered and was only sailed in Ireland and England until 2023. (no long stay in the blazing sun) . This owner's version offers plenty of space for up to 6 people. The successful Sun Odyssey concept from Jeanneau France offers easy and comfortable sailing for understaffed crews. Sails in good condition with moderate use.

The complete navigation system has been replaced. (Price incl. work approx. € 45.000,-)

There is an expert opinion on the boat. (from 2023).

The underwater hull of the Jeanneau was extensively refurbished this year (April) in Kappeln by the company Peter Wrede. (for approx. € 30,000) The detailed documents will be presented during the inspection if required.
This was done:
-Osmosis refurbishment "GRP underwater hull & rudder blade"
(the Peter Wrede company gives a seven-year guarantee on the osmosis resistance of the processing area)
-Overhaul of the metal keel
-Antifouling layer thickness indicator (Peter Wrede's long-term antifouling solution!)
-Polish & Protect "freeboard"

This year a new rubbing strake made of Kambala solid wood was installed. (Price approx. € 3.500)

The teak was extensively sanded and refurbished. (Price approx. € 5,000)

The VAT for the Jeanneau was of course paid.
No broker's commission, sale directly from the owner.
